Cancellation: If canceled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If canceled or modified later, 70 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment: 30 percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking. 40 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 3 days before arrival.
